CostFree copies your file, and then removes ALL cost-related information from the copied file, while preserving task dates, durations, and logic relationships. The result is a “pure” copy of the working schedule that can be distributed without risk of revealing sensitive financial data.
Step 1 -Click CostFreeWith the file to be processed open and active, click CostFree on the SDSI Analysis Tools toolbar as shown (you may also select it from the SDSI Analysis Tools menu under the Tools drop-down menu). |

Step 2 -Click “Yes”Before processing begins, you will see this informational dialog box. You will also have the option of exiting the tool without performing its operation. Click “Yes” to perform the cost removal operation; click “No” to exit the tool. |

Step 3 -Click “OK”Once processing is complete, you will see this dialog box. Click “OK”. The final result is a copy of your original file, renamed, and without any cost or labor data. |
