One year of technical support is included in your licensing cost. After
one year, an annual maintenance fee is required for continued technical
support.
It is our policy to address customer technical support issues regarding
SDSI Tools within 5 business days. When you contact us with a problem,
either by phone or e-mail, we gather the needed information and work the
problem until it is solved . . . period.
